Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Monday, August 3, 2026 as follows:
- Updating the Cash-out Special LLPA to apply to loans with LTVs less than or equal to 60% on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab.
