Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, July 29, 2026 as follows:
- Updating “Investment Additional” and “Second Home Additional” values in the “Additional LLPAs by Occupancy Type“ grid on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab
- Updating footnote #8 on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab.
