Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Monday, September 30, 2024 as follows:
- Update values for the ‘2nd Home Additional’ LLPA on the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ LLPA Grid.
