Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Thursday, September 26, 2024 as follows:

  • Update values on the ‘Risk Based Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
  • Update values on the ‘Loan Purpose Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
