23-54: Updates to Conventional and Jumbo LLPAs

Pennymac will update Conventional and Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Thursday, September 21, 2023 as follows:

  • Removing the ‘Purchase Special’ LLPA Grid from the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab.
  • Update values on the ‘Risk Based Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab.
  • Update values for the ‘Purchase’ LLPA on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab.
