26-99: Updates to Conventional and Non-QM LLPAs

Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Tuesday, October 6, 2026 as follows:

• Updating values on the “Primary Residence Additional LLPAs” grid on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab.
• Improving values on the “LLPAs by Product Feature” grid on the ‘Non-QM A-series’ tabs
• Improving values on the “Risk Based Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Non-QM DSCR’ tab
