Pennymac will update Conventional and Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, September 23, 2026 as follows:
- Removing Texas from Footnote 10 on the “Conv LLPAs” tab
- Improving values in the “Risk Based Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
