eMortgage Eligibility Update
Effective May 11, 2026, Pennymac is excited to announce the expansion of eMortgage eligibility for our TPO Non-Delegated clients.
eMortgage delivery is now available to non-delegated clients for GSE and government loan products they are already approved to deliver, some exclusions apply. Please refer to the Pennymac eMortgage Guide and applicable investor guides for eMortgage eligibility requirements.
eMortgages remain ineligible for AUS Jumbo and Non-QM products.
