Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Monday, January 12, 2025 as follows:
- Introducing “<= 600000”, “>600000<=700000” and “>700000<=800000” adjustments to the “Jumbo Loan Amount Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
- Updating the label on the “<=900000” adjustment to read “>800000<=900000” in the “Jumbo Loan Amount Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
