Pennymac will update Jumbo and Government LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Tuesday, December 2, 2025 as follows:
- Updating values on the ‘Jumbo Other Price Adjustments’ grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab on the rate sheet.
- Updating values on the ‘Jumbo Loan Amount Price Adjustments’ grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab on the rate sheet.
- Updating values on the ‘Government FICO Price Adjustments’ grid on the ‘Government LLPAs’ tab on the rate sheet.
