Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Friday, October 24, 2025 as follows:
- Improving values on the “Risk Based Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab on the rate sheet.
