Pennymac will update Jumbo ARMs Max Price effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Tuesday, September 23, 2025 as follows:
- Updating the Max Net Price in the ‘Additional Price Adjustments’ grid on the ‘Jumbo’ tab on the rate sheet
