Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Monday, April 07, 2025 as follows:
• Update the structure of, and introduce a new footnote to, the ‘Fannie Mae Only Adjustments’ and ‘Freddie Mac Adjustments’ LLPA Grids.
• Improve value on the ‘Fannie Mae Only Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
