Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, May 08, 2024 as follows:
- Add new ‘Jumbo Loan Amount Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid to the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab on the Rate Sheet.
