Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Friday, May 03, 2024 as follows:
- Improve values for the ‘2nd Home Additional’ LLPA on the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ Grid.
