Effective Friday, April 19, 2024, Pennymac will be updating the Best Effort rate sheet to include new FHA base pricing grids. These new grids will be on the FHA tabs on the rate sheet; standard Government LLPAs will apply. The following changes will be made:
- Remove the “30Yr Fixed >300000 <=325000” LLPA from the “FHA Other Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid
- Remove the “30Yr Fixed >325000 <=350000” LLPA from the “FHA Other Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid
- Remove the “30Yr Fixed >350000 <=375000” LLPA from the “FHA Other Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid
- Remove the “30Yr Fixed >375000 <=400000” LLPA from the “FHA Other Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid
The following grids will be added to the “FHA” and “FHA Streamline” tabs, respectively:
- FHA 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 500K
- FHA 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 475K <= 500K
- FHA 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 450K <= 475K
- FHA 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 425K <= 450K
- FHA 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 400K <= 425K
- FHA 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 375K <= 400K
- FHA 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 350K <= 375K
- FHA 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 325K <= 350K
- FHA 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 300K <= 325K
- FHA Streamline 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 500K
- FHA Streamline 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 475K <= 500K
- FHA Streamline 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 450K <= 475K
- FHA Streamline 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 425K <= 450K
- FHA Streamline 20/25/30Yr Fixed > 400K <= 425K
