Pennymac will update Government LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Friday, March 29, 2024 as follows:
- Add new ‘30Yr Fixed >300000 <= 325000’ LLPA to the ‘FHA Other Price Adjustments’ Grid.
- Add new ‘30Yr Fixed >325000 <= 350000’ LLPA to the ‘FHA Other Price Adjustments’ Grid.
- Add new ‘30Yr Fixed >350000 <= 375000’ LLPA to the ‘FHA Other Price Adjustments’ Grid.
- Add new ‘30Yr Fixed >375000 <= 400000’ LLPA to the ‘FHA Other Price Adjustments’ Grid.
