24-101: Updates to Government LLPAs

Pennymac will update Government LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Friday, November 8, 2024 as follows:

  • Introduce new ‘VA Special’ LLPA to the ‘VA Other Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
  • Add new footnote that applies to the new ‘VA Special’ LLPA.
