Pennymac is pleased to announce a new review service available to our Non-Delegated Correspondents.
Effective immediately Non-Delegated Correspondents may submit executed or non-executed Power of Attorney documents and/or trust documentation for review and approval for use on their submitted transaction.
This pre-close review will confirm eligibility for the specific loan transaction and will not be a blanket approval of any form(s). Closing document preparation and/or review is out of scope for this review.
