Pennymac will update Government LLPAs effective for all Best Effort Commitments taken on or after Monday, December 19, 2022 as follows:
- Update values on the ‘Government FICO Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid
- Introduce a new ‘VA Cash-Out FICO 660-679’ LLPA to the ‘VA Other Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid
