Pennymac will update Conventional & Government LLPAs effective for all Best Effort Commitments taken on or after Friday, December 09, 2022 as follows:
- Update the ‘Cash-Out Refinance > 15 day Lock Periods’ LLPA Grid to apply to all Lock Periods
- Update the Conventional ‘Purchase Special’ LLPA value to zero.
- Remove Conventional ‘FICO/LTV LLPAs Cashout Refinance < = 15 Day Lock Periods’ LLPA Grid
- Update values on the ‘Government FICO Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid
