Pennymac will update Government LLPAs effective for all Best Effort Commitments taken on or after Friday, November 25, 2022 as follows:
The ‘Temporary Interest Rate Buydown’ LLPA will be updated on the following LLPA Grids:
- ‘FHA Other Price Adjustments’
- ‘VA Other Price Adjustments’
- ‘Guaranteed Rural Housing Other Price Adjustments’
