In an effort to reduce our digital footprint and maintain the highest level of portal speed, Pennymac requests that non-essential documents be eliminated from the uploaded seller credit packages effective immediately.
A prime example is the CFPB Home Loan Toolkit. If that document is currently part of your delivered file, we ask that you please remove.
