Currently, Pennymac has additional requirements when the DTI ratio exceeds 50% on FHA Full Documentation loans.
In support of our ongoing efforts to promote affordability and expand homeownership opportunities, effective immediately, we are updating our DTI requirements to align with FHA’s DTI requirements.
With this update, we hope to support an even greater number of borrowers in their pursuit of homeownership in today’s market.
