Pennymac will update Non-QM LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Thursday, April 30, 2026 as follows:
- Improving values in the “Full Doc – Risk Based Price Adjustments “ and the “Alt Doc – Risk Based Price Adjustments’ grids on the ‘Non-QM A+’, ‘Non-QM A’, and the ‘Non-QM A-‘ tabs.
