26-05: Updates to Conventional and Jumbo LLPAs

Pennymac will update Conventional and Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, January 14, 2026 as follows:

• Updating values in the ‘Freddie Mac Only Adjustments’ grid on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab.
• Improving values in the ‘Risk Based Price Adjustments’ grid and the ‘Occupancy Adjustments’ grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab.
