Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Tuesday, September 16, 2025 as follows:
- Improving values on the ‘Freddie Mac Only Adjustments’ grid in the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab.
