Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Thursday, February 20, 2025 as follows:
- Add new ‘Freddie Mac Only Adjustments’ LLPA Grid to the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab.
