Pennymac will update Non-QM LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Friday, August 14, 2026 as follows:
- Updating values in the “Risk Based Price Adjustments” grids in the ‘Non-QM A-series’ tabs and the ‘Non-QM DSCR’ tab
- Updating the Ratio and Cashout adjustments in the “LLPAs by Product Feature” grid on the ‘Non-QM DSCR’ tab
- Updating values in the “Prepay Penalty Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Non-QM DSCR’ tab
