Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Tuesday, August 11, 2026 as follows:
- Updating the minimum loan amount to >400k, and excluding NY, FL, and TX on footnote #9 on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab.
