Pennymac is pleased to announce the expansion of eMortgage eligibility to include government loans for manufactured homes. This change is effective immediately.
All Pennymac and Agency manufactured home and eMortgage requirements must be met. Refer to the Pennymac eMortgage Guide and applicable product profiles for complete requirements.
