26-86: Non-QM: Limited Condo Project Review Retired

Effective for loan applications dated on or after August 3, 2026, Limited Condo Project Review eligibility will be retired for all Non-QM programs.

This guidance will be removed from all Non-QM product profiles; no other condo policy or documentation requirements are impacted by this change.

Note: The associated questionnaires will also be removed from our website.
