Pennymac will update Jumbo and Non-QM LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, July 8, 2026 as follows:
- Updating values in the “Risk Based Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
- Improving values in the “Occupancy Adjustments”, “Loan Purpose Adjustments” and “Jumbo Other Price Adjustments” grids on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
- Introducing new “UPB > 250,000 <= 300,000”, “UPB > 300,000 <= 400,000” and “UPB > 400,000 <= 500,000” adjustments to the “LLPAs by Product Feature” grid on the ‘Non-QM A-series’ tabs
