Effective June 18, 2026, the FHA Manufactured Home product profile has been retired. All manufactured home requirements have now been incorporated into the Standard FHA 203(b) product profile.
As part of this transition, several updates and clarifications have been made. Please reference the updated Standard FHA 203(b) product profile for more information regarding these changes.
