Updates to Conventional LLPAs
Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Friday, May 22, 2026 as follows:
- Updating values in the “Risk Based Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab
