Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs and will remove the State Adjustments effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Friday, May 15, 2026 as follows:
- Updating values in the “Risk Based Price Adjustments” and the “Jumbo Other Price Adjustments” grids on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
- Removing the State Adjustments in the “FHA Other Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Govt LLPAs’ tab
