Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, February 11, 2026 as follows:
- Updating and expanding Cash-Out LLPAs in the “Loan Purpose Adjustments” grid on the Jumbo LLPAs tab
- Updating and expanding the “Jumbo Loan Amount Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
- Removing “Jumbo ARM Only Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
