Pennymac will update Conventional and Non-QM LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, November 4, 2026 as follows:
- Updating values in the “Loan Balance Adjustments” grid on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab
- Updating values in the “Risk Based Price Adjustments” grids (Full Doc and Alt Doc) on the ‘Non-QM A-series’ tabs
- Updating the ratio values in the “LLPAs by Product Feature” grid on the ‘Non-QM DSCR’ tab
