26-130: Updates to Jumbo and Non-QM LLPAs

Pennymac will update Jumbo and Non-QM LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Friday, October 30, 2026 as follows:

• Updating values in the “Prepay Price Caps” grids on the ‘Non-QM’ tabs (A-series and DSCR).
• Updating values in the “Occupancy Adjustments” grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab.
