26-126: Updates to Conventional and Non-QM LLPAs

Pennymac will update Conventional and Non-QM LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Thursday, October 22, 2026 as follows:

• Updating values in the “Primary Residence Additional LLPAs” grid on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab
• Introducing new “MI and OH 1% Prepayment Penalty” adjustment and Footnote 2 to the “LLPAs by Product Feature” grid on the Non-QM tabs (A-series and DSCR)
