26-111: Updates to Conventional LLPAs

Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Monday, September 21, 2026 as follows:

• Updating values on the “Fannie Mae Only Adjustments” and “Freddie Mac Only Adjustments” grid on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab.
• Updating Footnote 8 on the “Conv LLPAs” tab to exclude Vantage Score on the “Additional LLPAs by Occupancy Type “ grid
