26-01: Updates to Jumbo LLPAs

Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Tuesday, January 6, 2025 as follows:

• Updating values on the ‘Occupancy Adjustments’ grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab on the rate sheet.
• Improving values on the ‘Loan Purpose Adjustments’ grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab on the rate sheet.
