Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, April 09, 2025 as follows:
- Update values for the ‘Investment Additional’ LLPA on the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ LLPA Grid.
- Update values for the ‘2nd Home Additional’ LLPA on the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ LLPA Grid.
