Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs and Non-QM LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, December 10, 2025 as follows:
- Updating values on the ‘Risk Based Price Adjustments’ grid, ‘Occupancy Adjustments’ grid, ‘Loan Purpose Adjustments’ grid, ‘Jumbo Other Price Adjustments’ grid, and ‘Jumbo ARM Only Price Adjustments’ grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab.
- Updating values on the ‘Price Caps (Primary and Second Home)’ grid and the ‘Prepay Price Caps (Investor Only)’ grid on the ‘Non-QM A+’, ‘Non-QM’, and ‘Non-QM A-‘ tabs.
