Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Monday, December 1, 2025 as follows:
- Improving values in the ‘Government FICO Price Adjustments’ grid on the ‘Govt LLPAs’ tab on the rate sheet.
