The Pennymac AUS Jumbo product profile is being updated with the following clarifications effective for applications dated on or after September 19th, 2024.
- Tax Transcripts: Removed business transcript requirement.
- Property/Ineligible: Updated manufactured home bullet to include any dwelling built on a permanent chassis.
