Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Friday, August 30, 2024 as follows:
- Add new ‘2nd Home’ LLPA to the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ LLPA Grid.
- Add new ‘Investment’ LLPA to the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ LLPA Grid.
- Updating ‘Footnote 8’ on the Conv LLPAs Tab.
