Pennymac will update Conventional & Government LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Tuesday, August 27, 2024 as follows:
- Improve values for the ‘2nd Home Additional’ LLPA on the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ LLPA Grid.
- Improve values for the ‘Investment Additional’ LLPA on the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ LLPA Grid.
- Update values on the ‘Government FICO Price Adjustments’ LLPA Grid.
