Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Monday, June 03, 2024 as follows:

  • Add new ‘HomeReady’ LLPA to the ‘LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans’ Grid.
