Effective Wednesday, March 27, 2024, Pennymac will be updating the Best Effort rate sheet to include new state-specific Conventional base pricing grids. These new grids will be on distinct tabs on the rate sheet; standard Conventional LLPAs will apply. The following changes will be made:
- Adding new “FNMA State Specific” tab on the rate sheet
- Adding new “FHLMC State Specific” tab on the rate sheet
- Removing State-Specific base pricing grids from the “FNMA” and “FHLMC” tabs on the rate sheet.
The following grids will be added to the new “FNMA State Specific” and “FHLMC State Specific” tabs, respectively:
